1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and byu666 ("we," "us," "our," or "byu666") governing your access to and use of the byu666 website, mobile interface, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion offered by byu666, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms, including all policies referenced herein — including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

2. Eligibility

• You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of a byu666 employee in a role with access to non-public game or operational data.

By registering, you represent and warrant that all eligibility criteria above are and will remain satisfied for the duration of your use of the Platform.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of byu666 services, you must register a player account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to promptly update your details if they change.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on byu666 at any time. Operating multiple accounts — regardless of the purpose — is strictly prohibited. byu666 may use technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts. Any duplicate account detected may be closed without notice and all associated funds may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. byu666 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

byu666 complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and may require you to submit identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS/UMID card)
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement issued within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash account linked to your registered mobile number)

Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary freeze on withdrawals or account suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

byu666 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PESONet, CLiQQ, and QR Ph. All deposit methods available at any given time are listed on the Platform's cashier page. Minimum deposit amounts may vary by payment method. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly or within a few minutes.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. byu666 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification and fraud screening. byu666 aims to process approved withdrawals within five (5) minutes to two (2) hours under normal operating conditions. Processing times may vary during peak hours, maintenance windows, or when additional verification is required.

Withdrawals will only be issued to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever technically possible, as a measure against money laundering.

4.3 Currencies

The primary operating currency of byu666 is the Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All balances, deposits, and withdrawal amounts are displayed in PHP unless otherwise indicated. byu666 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

byu666 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally — or at all — to wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or fully wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active per account at any given time.
• Abuse: byu666 reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings, and to suspend accounts, where we determine in our reasonable judgment that a player has exploited, colluded to exploit, or otherwise abused any bonus or promotion.

byu666 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. All decisions regarding bonus eligibility and interpretation of promotion terms are final.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the byu666 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and potential legal action:

• Registering or operating more than one account
• Providing false or misleading registration information
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the Platform
• Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals without legitimate grounds
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain — any such winnings must be reported and will be voided
• Copying, reverse-engineering, or distributing any content, software, or intellectual property belonging to byu666
• Accessing the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction using VPN or proxy services

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

Each game available on byu666 is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to abide by those game-specific rules in addition to these Terms.

7.1 Random Number Generation

All slot games, RNG table games, and bingo games on byu666 use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game providers supplying titles to byu666 are required to hold valid certifications from recognized testing laboratories.

7.2 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction that affects game outcomes, byu666 reserves the right to void affected rounds and refund the wagers placed during the malfunction. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. byu666 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical errors.

7.3 Disputes

If you believe a game outcome is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with byu666 customer support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. byu666's decision on game disputes, made after consulting game logs and provider records, shall be final.

8. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Session Time Limits: Configure reminders or automatic logouts after a set duration of play.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the byu666 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout — is the intellectual property of byu666 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform
• Modify or create derivative works based on Platform content
• Use any byu666 trademarks, logos, or brand assets without prior written consent
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform using automated tools

Any unauthorized use of byu666's intellectual property may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, byu666, its affiliates, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
• Interruption of service or Platform downtime
• Technical failures, errors, or bugs
• Unauthorized access to your account by third parties
• Any actions taken or omitted by third-party game providers

byu666's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Account Termination & Suspension

byu666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, at our sole discretion, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• Failure to satisfy identity or payment verification requirements
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder
• A regulatory or legal obligation requiring us to do so
• Prolonged account inactivity (more than 12 consecutive months)

You may close your account at any time by contacting byu666 customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real money balance (net of applicable bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to standard verification procedures.

Dormant accounts (inactive for twelve months or more) may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee as permitted under applicable law. You will be notified before any such fee is applied.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.

byu666 operates in compliance with relevant Philippine gaming regulations. PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) establishes the regulatory framework within which online gaming operators in the Philippines are expected to operate, and byu666 is committed to upholding those standards.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably through our customer support process shall be referred to the relevant competent authority or arbitration body as determined by applicable law.

13. Amendments to These Terms

byu666 may revise these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered players via email or an in-Platform notification.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the byu666 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform.
